Who We Are

We live in a complicated world. The demands of work and home, as well as exposure to troubling events, can all take their toll. Sometimes we need a place to rejuvenate and discover a better way forward. At Capstone Center, we believe that connection is the path to healing and hope. We connect people and organizations to counseling, education, consulting, and advocacy to inspire wellness and growth.

Our trusted team listens and guides individuals as they explore solutions to life’s challenges. We contribute our expertise to businesses and nonprofits that are developing their own wellness services, and we partner with companies to create emotionally supportive workplaces through our Employee Wellness Program. Regardless of how or why you come to us, we create safe, respectful environments in which people heal, learn, grow, and are supported.
